Dr. Singh has held senior leadership roles at Max Healthcare, Maulana Azad Medical College, and Eternal University. He served as Medical Director at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali, and as Senior Director and Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at Max Healthcare for nearly a decade. He is currently Professor-cum-Dean (Research) at Eternal University, Himachal Pradesh, and Consultant for Academic Programs (Nephrology) at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket. Throughout his career, he has chaired Institutional Ethics Committees, overseen safety monitoring and SAE review, and led clinical drug trials across chronic kidney disease, renal anemia, and cardiovascular therapeutics. Dr. Singh is a collaborator with the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), University of Washington, on the Global Burden of Disease program and has been a National Coordinator for NBE–DNB General Medicine, MRCP(UK) PACES Examiner, and Principal Investigator on multiple ICMR, UGC, and DST research projects. With over 210 publications, 41 book chapters, 8 edited books, and supervision of more than 100 postgraduate theses, he brings deep academic and clinical expertise to safety governance and benefit–risk evaluation.
